Resident charged in accident

A South Andrews Avenue man was charged Sunday with running a red light after allegedly striking three vehicles, according to a police report.
Joe Craven Henry, 68, struck a car driven by Wilma Hamilton on North Spence Avenueen, police reports said. Henry. Both he and Ms. Hamilton suffered minor injuries and were treated and released at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Craven's car also allegedly hit a utility pole, then two vehicles parked at Ham's restaurant, police said. The cars each suffered about $3,000 in damages.
