Wayne County Grand Jury returns indictments on 51 people

Three men accused of trying to kill the owner-operator of a Goldsboro convenience store were among indictments returned this month by the Wayne County Grand Jury.
Court records show true bills of indictment returned against Rashard Vondarius Oliver, 19, of Franklin Street, Quentin Lamont Kenon, 21, of Courtyard Circle, and Joshua Earl Davis, 22, of South Center Street, Mount Olive,
The three men face the same charges: armed robbery, attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflicting serious injury.
Goldsboro police allege the three men are responsible for shooting Ribhi Mohammed Kandeel, of Brookside Mart on South Slocumb Street.
Others indicted this month included:
*Ivan Elijah Darden, 21, Sanderson Road, Seven Springs, operate a motor vehicle to elude arrest, possess controlled drug with intent to sell or deliver, resist police, expired vehicle inspection sticker, drive while license revoked.
*Leon Vinson Jr., 22, South John Street, possess a controlled drug, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, possess drug paraphernalia.
*Krystal Ann Lane, 19, Sanderson Road, Seven Springs, three counts embezzlement, four counts larceny by employee.
*Matthew William Hayden, 20, Clover Ridge Drive, Dudley, possess stolen goods, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, license not in possession, possess firearm by convicted felon.
*Justin Travon Jones, 20, Courtyard Circle, felonious child abuse.
*Daktari Xaivier Harris, 18, Olivia Lane, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, two counts possess firearm by convicted felon.
*Jamal McKenzie, 18, Pittman Street, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflicting serious injury.
*Lenny Lamore Gardner, 43, Mark Edwards Road, LaGrange, common law robbery, assault on female, habitual felony offense.
*Freddie Junior Simms, 45, North Carolina Street, breaking and entering, larceny after break or enter, possess stolen goods.
*William Jonah Graham, 28, East Holly Street, four counts break or enter a motor vehicle, four counts misdemeanor larceny, four counts misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
*Roy Keith Burlingame, 44, Dawson Drive, breaking and entering, larceny after break or enter, possess stolen goods, habitual felony offense.
*Derrick Couch Jr., 22, East Hillsboro Street, Mount Olive, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, two counts sale of a controlled drug, conspiracy, obtain a controlled drug by fraud.
*Michael Hunter Winstead, 31, West John Street, Mount Olive, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, sell a controlled drug.
*Theodore Jacques Lee Jr., 18, West Seymour Drive, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, maintain a dwelling for the use of controlled drugs.
*Brian Jonas Keith, 42, Eagles Nest Road, Dudley, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking or entering, possess stolen goods.
*Ralph Clayton Carter, 34, larceny from a merchant, conspiracy to commit larceny, misdemeanor larceny, possess an immediate precursor chemical to controlled drug.
*Tammy Mae Jaco, 26, Kelly Spring Road, Mount Olive, larceny from a merchant, conspiracy to commit larceny.
*Ashley Marie Ward, 18, Summerlin's Crossroad Road, Mount Olive, larceny from a merchant, conspiracy to commit larceny.
*Dennis Markel Powell, 52, Goldsboro, breaking and entering, larceny after break or enter, possess stolen goods, habitual felony offense.
*Brandon Smith, 25, Willow Road, Dudley, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, possess drug paraphernalia.
*Robert Herring Daughtry Jr., 36, Parkstown Road, LaGrange, possess a controlled drug, possess drug paraphernalia.
*Lee H. Powell, 18, Westbrook Avenue, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possess stolen goods, felonious larceny, felonious possession of stolen goods.
*Jerry Justin Clark, 17, Cleveland Drive, Mount Olive, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, felonious larceny, felonious possession of stolen goods.

*Timothy Jerome Whitfield, 29, Durham Lake Road, Dudley, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking or entering, possess stolen goods.
*Tracy Lynn Langston, 35, Grand Street, Pikeville, forgery, uttering a forged financial instrument.
*Lafayette Joell Hines, 30, South Taylor Street, three counts safecracking, three counts injure real property.
*Israel Garsia Domingo, J&L Drive, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
*Christopher Nathan Sellers, 20, Kelly Springs Road, felonious larceny, felonious possession of stolen goods.
*Kadeem Daron Roberson, 19, Lenoir County Jail, assault by strangulation.
*Rinika Christina McLaurin, 22, North Hereford Drive, Dudley, eight counts larceny, eight counts larceny by employee.
*George Otis Beary, 55, Park Avenue, forgery, uttering a forged financial instrument.
*Samuel Devaughn Cannon, 32, Brock Street, attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflicting serious injury, possess firearm by convicted felon.
*Justin A. Reyes, 23, Millbrook Drive, Raleigh, forgery, uttering a forged financial instrument.
*Antonio Makee Spruill, 25, Dollard Town Road, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug.

*Carolyn Holmes, 29, Courtyard Circle, obtain property by false pretense.
