Car damaged in break-in
Goldsboro police reported that $7,200 in damages were done to a factory CD/DVD/navigation system in a Lexus. The break-in was reported by Thang Chien Nguyen, 22, New Hope Road. A laptop valued at $1,200 and a digital media player valued at $400 were taken in the break-in.
Theft
Henry Ben Frank, 50, Old Smithfield Road, Princeton, reported to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office the theft of a $1,400 Transporter shingle ladder.
Breaking & entering
A thief or thieves broke into Coker Feed Mill on Hood Swamp Road, sheriffs's office officials reported Saturday. Damages totaled $500 to a double-pane window. Listed as stolen were four cigarette cartons of Full Flavor Basic valued at $163, 15 cartons of Full Flavor Marlboro cigarette valued at $605 and 24 cans of chewing tobacco valued at $33.
