Motorcycle run raises more than $3,000 for Relay

Last weekend's Motorcycle Run netted $3,200 for Relay for Life, said organizer Mike Judy, a member of sponsoring team Zion Marchers of Mount Olive. This is the third year for the event. Team leader is Linda Price. Judy said 143 motorcycle, with 202 riders, participated, many of them first-time riders. The route was revamped this year. Beginning at the Cliffs of the Neuse state park, much of it took place in the Seven Springs area.
