Man to speak on moving cemeteries

A man who moves cemeteries that are in the path of highways or othe development will speak at a meeting of the Sons of Confederate Veterans on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Seven Springs Restaurant.
Ward Sutton of Rocky Mount relocates graves for the North Carolina Department of Transportation and has has worked in all the southeastern states, and helped rebury remains washed out of cemeteries in Mississippi River and eastern North Carolina floods.
He will present an illustrated program on his work. The public is invited.
