Several Wayne County railroad crossing will be closed starting today as work crews for CSX Railroad continue their swing through the county working on intersections

The crossings are Outlaw Road, Sleepy Creek Road, Arrington Bridge Road, Old Mount Olive Highway and Genoa Road.

Other crossings in Goldsboro that will be under construction in the coming days and weeks include A Street, Holly Street, Ash Street, Mulberry Street, Chestnut Street, Spruce Street and Elm Street.

The work started last week.
