Arrests made in pawn shop raids

Five people have been charged with possessing stolen goods after federal raids at two locally-owned pawn shops, police said. Mark Throm, Elizabeth O'Banion, Eric Ludwig, William Reavis and Kelletrina Willis all face charges related to receiving stolen goods and/or pawnbroker record-keeping violations, police said.
