Goldsboro Police Sgt. Chad Calloway said that Global Position Satellite systems, which often feature a touchscreen, are becoming a common target for vehicle break-in thefts. Another was reported Tuesday night on North Spence Avenue by Christoph Becraft, 23, of Denton, according to a report.
