The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says they caught a suspect in an Iowa double murder in the Pikeville area on Monday afternoon, authorities say. Atiba Spellman, 33, a former Pikeville resident, is accused of murdering a former girlfriend and a man she knew in Ames, Iowa, a commander with the Ames Police Department said.
