Bullet hits window
Qurtarsha Howard of Courtyard Circle told police on Monday that her side door window glass had been shattered by a bullet, probably from a handgun, according to the police report.
Brogden Middle School burglary
Amanda Lee Hill of Brogden Middle School reported Monday that a wood mallet and chisels were stolen after someone broke a padlock on a cooler at the school cafeteria, causing under $100 in damages, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office report.
