Health Fair scheduled for Saturday at WCC

Health Focus 2008 will be held on Saturday at Wayne Community College from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
This health fair, which will feature a dance contest for school-age children, is intended to encourage county residents to "Eat Smart and Move More" -- the day's theme.
Prizes and food will be available.
Also on site will be blood pressure screenings, blood sugar screenings, body mass index measurements, eye exams, eye pressure checks and information about children's health and immunizations.
Additionally, nutritionists, dentists, foot doctors and pediatricians will be on hand to talk to anyone in need of help.
And finally, the Goldsboro Family YMCA will have a booth set up to discuss ways of exercising.
It is a free event and is open to all residents of Wayne County.
