The following incidents are being investigated by the Goldsboro Police Department:
*A Bolling Drive resident claims his identity was stolen. Jason Hill told Goldsboro police officers Friday that someone used his personal information to acquire more than $20,000 in student loans since 2005.
*An employee of Alico Electric Inc. at 5790 Aldridge Store Road, LaGrange, reported someone stole a hammer drill worth $925 from the back of a company truck while it was in the parking lot at 2520 Collier Drive on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, police said.
*A local grocery store reported the theft of $45 in meat Friday. Employees at Food Lion No. 2591, on Ash Street, told Goldsboro police that someone slipped the meat into her pocketbook and left the store without paying.
