Police on lookout for girl, suspect

North Carolina law enforcement authorities are on the lookout for a child that has been reported missing from her home in Massachusetts.
The Chicopee, Mass., Police Department is searching for Justice Rose Brown and believe she and her captor could be in the Goldsboro-Smithfield area.
Justice Rose is a 2-year-old black girl, approximately 3-feet-tall, weighing 33 pounds.
She has black hair,and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white "Las Vegas Guardian Angel" shirt, red shorts and purple sandals.
She has severe food allergies and requires daily medication as well as an epi-pen to be available at all times.
Her alleged abductor is Joel Brown.
He is described as a black man, 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Justice was last seen at her school in Chicopee, Mass. on Wednesday.
Investigators believe her abductor possibly has traveled to the Wayne County-Johnston County area.
He is suspected of driving one of two vehicles: a dark colored or black 2003 Ford F-150 with North Carolina license tag number 1LUVNR, or a dark, four-door Chevrolet with North Carolina license tag number R858L.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Justice or Brown is asked to call local law enforcement authorities, 911, or the Chicopee Police Department at (413) 592-6341.
