Goldsboro police say Marquailus Heyward Bryant, 19, Astor Court, is one of the men responsible for a July 15 armed robbery of Kangaroo No. 927 at 901 W. Grantham Street in the early morning hours. Further arrests are expected, investigators said, and anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Chris Crawford at (919) 580-4213.

Two men were caught on surveillance camera in the early morning incident, one armed with a handgun, police said. Both men dove across the counter to get money from the cash register, police said. It isn't known if the two men on the camera were the only ones involved. Bryant was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a stolen firearm, police said.
