This home at 310 N. James St., known as the Dr. John W. Parker House, is one of many offered by the Downtown Goldsboro Development Corp. Goldsboro, along with the DGDC and Preservation North Carolina, have been buying older homes with an eye toward reselling them to people interested in restoring them to their former grandeur.
