Victim watches scooter stolen
Moses Barnes of Wayne Avenue said he saw a juvenile riding away on his $2,200 black-and-red Big Mac scooter when he woke up at home on Tuesday morning. Barnes reported the theft to police the following morning, police said. No further description of the juvenile was listed on the police report.
