Mayor to deliver State of the City address

For the first time, Mayor Al King will deliver a State of the City Address to discuss where the city has been and where it is going.
Although the address isn't going to be a live presentation, it will air on PAC-10 Monday at 7 p.m.
King is expected to touch on how the city has spent money this year, includng the revitalization of City Hall as well as the Paramount Theatre.
The mayor will also speak about economic development and neighborhood development in the city.
He will emphasize the importance of putting money back into the city in the future to make it a better place for both residents and tourists alike and will discuss future projects, roads, public services and the recent drought situation before thanking those in the city who have helped make the past year's accomplishments possible.
