N.C. Bar Association to offer free legal info to residents Friday

The N.C. Bar Association will conduct a statewide Public Service Day on Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. More than 500 volunteer attorneys will provide free legal information to the citizens of North Carolina from call-in centers in Asheville, Cary, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Greensboro, New Bern, Wilmington and Winston-Salem.
The statewide toll-free number is 877-404-4149.
The N.C. Bar Association is the largest voluntary professional legal organization in North Carolina.
