Man charged with mall peeping

RALEIGH -- A Goldsboro-area man faces three counts of secret peeping for reportedly taking inappropriate video with a cell phone at a Raleigh mall.
Brian Williams, 28, faces three counts of secret peeping and two counts of non-payment of child support, a Wake County Jail employee confirmed.
A Crabtree Valley Mall spokesperson confirmed ongoing investigation into an incident where a Goldsboro man allegedly used a cell phone to record inappropriate video.
Mall spokeswoman Sandra Geist said she could not confirm any other details.
However, Ms. Geist said charges had been filed in an investigation.
She said the incident allegedly occurred a couple of weeks ago.
