Goldsboro police are looking for an Avon saleswoman who allegedly used the job to case a customer's home.
Allison Ray Crockett, 42, whose last known address was on Mill Creek Court, is wanted on multiple felony-level warrants.
Sgt. Chad Calloway said investigation showed Ms. Crockett went to the South Taylor Street home of Evelyn Hines on Feb. 6 to sell Avon products.
Then, on Feb. 7, police allege she returned to the Hines household to steal checks, jewelry and perfumes, Calloway reported.
Ms. Crockett has warrants for felonious breaking and entering, larceny and possessing stolen goods, police said.
A search of Avon.com's "Find a representative" feature does not list Ms. Crockett as a Goldsboro-serving representative.
Police said Ms. Crocket has also gone by the name Allison Torongeau.
She is decribed as a 5-feet-5 inches tall with blonde hair and hazel eyes and an estimated 140 pounds.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Dwayne Bevell at 580-4218, or Crimestoppers at 735-2255.
