Johnston County water restrictions

The Johnston County Board of Commissioners voted last week to revise the county's water restrictions to permit county retail water customers to utilize hand-held watering at any time. Also, retail water customers may utilize drip irrigation and soaker hoses for shrubbery and plants. Information: 989-5095.
