Man, 19, charged for sex with child

A Dudley man who took a 12-year-old girl away from her family for sexual relations is among the 62 bills of indictment returned by a county grand jury this week.
Brigido Santos Hernandez, 19, Jake Drive, Dudley, was charged with first-degree rape of a child and first-degree kidnapping in connection with an Oct. 19 incident, Detective Sgt. Rick Farfour reported.
The girl's family initially reported that she was missing, but later found out she was in the company of Hernandez.
Although the sexual acts and kidnappng were reportedly not against the girl's will, a 12-year-old by law cannot give consent for sexual relations.
Others indicted by the grand jury were:

*Mario Abila Lopez, 29, Hazelwood Trail Park, two counts malicious conduct by a prisoner, communicating threats, resist, delay or obstruct a police officer.
*William Casey Hagans, 25, Durham Lake Road, Dudley, armed robbery, habitual felon.
*Donovan Dewitt, 20, North Pineview Avenue, armed robbery.
*James Dean Waters, 25, Steeple Lake Road, LaGrange, armed robbery, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy.
*Jennifer Lynn Thomas, 28, Steeple Lake Road, LaGrange, armed robbery, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy.
*Antwan Jamal Stackhouse, 18, Franklin Street, three counts breaking and entering, three counts larceny after break or enter, three counts possession of stolen goods.
