Four-year-old Cooper Bryan and his mom, Renee, give a thumbs-up to the crowd during the Relay for Life kickoff event Thursday evening. Cooper, who was diagnosed with an inoperable brainstem glioma on Aug. 31, 2007, has not let his diagnosis slow him down and is this year’s Relay for Life Kids Honorary Chairman.
