Descendants of black Civil War troops sought

Descendants of black soldiers who served in the Civil War are being sought to participate in the U.S. Colored Troops Symposium to be held Feb. 22-24 at the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington in conjunction with the museum's Living History Weekend.
