Break-in suspect
charged
Goldsboro police found a breaking and entering suspect inside an apartment on Harris Streets' Quinn Village after an emergency call, Capt. J.J. Biggins reported in a news release. Tramarcus Lashawn Sasser of Goldsboro shut the door on law enforcement officers and attempted to escape, but officers caught up with him, Biggins said. Sasser was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possessing stolen property, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and assaulting a government official and resisting a public officer, the captain said. Bond was set at $100,000, Biggins siad.
Car shot at
Rosemary Hobbs of Matthews Way, Dudley reported her car was hit with a projectile, probably from a pellet gun, while driving north in the 2100 block of South Slocumb Street, Goldsboro police said.

*Jonathan Toby Langston, 31, Capps Bridge Road, Pikeville, assault inflicting serious injury, $500 bond.
*Theresa Lynn Mooring, 40, Hill Loop Road, simple assault, written promise.
*Holly Ann Underhill, 30, Kent Drive, Wilson, passing worthless check, $300 bond.
*Joseph Lee Carter Sr., 39, Eric Drive, Dudley, fail to pay child support, $1,200 bond.
*Augustus Louis CCraney, 38, Little Dove Road, Pikeville, fail to pay child support, $6,438.35 cash purge.
*Joseph Stephen Phillips, 31, Perkins Road, failure to appear, $1,000 bond.
*Michael Torrell Smith, 26, Courtyard Circle, Wake County charges of possess marijuana, resist, delay or obstruct, assault a government official or employee, $6,000 bond.
The Goldsboro Police Department reported these charges:
*Blanche D. Davis, 50, Beale Street, possess drug paraphernalia, $200 bond.
*Casey Leanne Zornes, 21, Carver Drive, assault and battery, possess marijuana, $300 bond.
*Joshua Manquez Smith, 18, Southern Plaza Drive, misdemeanor larceny, $500 bond.
*Patrick Rickel Millner, 22, Central Heights Road, misdemeanor larceny, $400 bond.
*Angelo Jazzmorelle Edwards, 24, J.J. Lane, two counts failure to appear, $500 bond.
*Gyla Lynn Darden, 39, Odom Farm Road, Dudley, three counts possess drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor larceny, $3,000 bond.
*Quamane Sutton, 16, Fairview Circle, simple affray, $1,000 bond.
*James Edward Davis III, 43, East New Hope Road, communicating threats, no bond.
