Fifth will answer charges in cases

A Kevin Drive man accused of multiple break-ins is among those indicted by the Wayne County Grand Jury this month.
Scott Alexander Cochrane, 22, Outlaw Road, Dudley, was indicted on seven counts larceny, eight counts possess stolen goods, possess stolen motor vehicle, breaking and entering, larceny after break or enter.
Including Cochrane, the grand jury returned 50 true bills of indictment in January, according to court records.
Indictments
*Robert Erick Dobson, 30, Woodland Church Road, two counts possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, keeping a motor vehicle for the use of controlled drugs, possess drug paraphernalia.
*Martin Cortes, 36, Donaldson Street, felony-level impaired driving, drive while license revoked.
*Andre Von Elliot, 36, Vanderbilt Circle, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug.
*Robert Leon Franks, 43, Kenansville County Jail, five counts forgery of an instrument, five counts uttering a forged instrument.
*Jasper Wayne Joyner, 27, Outlaw Road, Dudley, larceny, three counts possess stolen goods, possess stolen motor vehicle.
*Michael Jay Warren, 23, N.C. 55 West, Mount Olive, six counts larceny, six counts possess stolen goods, possess stolen motor vehicle.
*Fransisco Sandoval, 18, Eagle's Nest Road, Dudley, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflicting serious injury.
*Jose Gonzalez Campos, 19, Waynewoods Drive, possess stolen firearm.
*Kristie Willette Whitfield, 33, Kornegay Street, maintain a dwelling for the use of a controlled drug, possess controlled drug, possess stolen firearm, possess firearm by convicted felon, habitual felon.
*Brandon Marquett Phillips, 33, Kornegay Street, possess stolen firearm, possess drug paraphernalia, possess controlled drug, maintain a dwelling for use of controlled drugs, possess firearm by convicted felon, habitual felon.
*Pamela Ston Valedez, 50, Antioch Road, possess with intent to sell or deliver controlled drug, maintain a dwelling for use of a controlled drug.
*Kenneth Ray Smith, 21, Beston Circle, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, sell a controlled drug, maintain a motor vehicle for use of controlled drugs.
*Don Wesley Johns, 30, Harrison Drive, second-degree sexual offense, crime against nature, first-degree kidnapping.
*Mary H. Smith, 72, East Mulberry Street, possess a controlled drug, maintain a dwelling for the use of a controlled drug.
*Kim Marie Moreno, 20, Miller Avenue, possess a controlled drug, possess drug paraphernalia, drive while license revoked.
*Patrick Millner, 21, Central Heights Road, cruelty to animals.
*Melody Griffin, Central Heights Road, cruelty to animals.
*Faatima Lofton, no age recorded, Brentwood Drive, embezzlement, larceny by employee.
*Lorenzo Trevor King, 28, Gulley Street, possess a firearm by convicted felon, habitual felon.
*Deonza Lamar Car-michael, 27, Genoa Road, possess firearm by convicted felon, two counts possess controlled drug.
*Ronnie Devon Graham, 27, Crawford Street, possess a controlled drug.
*Jason Britt Ellis, 35, Stoney Creek Church Road, possess a firearm by a convicted felon.
*Montrail Ortiz Davis, 31, Beale Street, possess stolen motor vehicle.
*Jeffrey Gerald, 41, South Crawford Street, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
*William Darryl Atkinson, 55, Merrywood Drive, possess controlled drug.
*Bryan M. Davis, 19, Little Dove Drive, possess a controlled drug.
*Gregory L. Jones, 37, Farmgate Road, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, habitual felon.
*Tammy Lynn Ray, 38, Edgerton Street, obtain a controlled drug by forgery, attempt to obtain a controlled drug by forgery.
*Nacarrias T. Jones, 25, East Branch Street, Fremont, carrying a concealed gun.
*Tyrin Montric Jones, 22, South Chestnut Street, Mount Olive, break or enter a motor vehicle.
*Paxton Elroy Best, 36, South Best Street, possess stolen firearm, two counts possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug, possess a firearm by convicted felon, habitual felon.
*Alton Devon Uzzell, 47, North Slocumb Street, manufacture a controlled drug, maintain a dwelling for use of a controlled drug.
*Demetrius Montrell Worrells, 21, Argo Street, possess with intent to sell or deliver a controlled drug.
*Dwight Dean Miller, 55, Deems Drive, Clinton, obtain property by false pretenses, embezzlement.
*Christopher Michael Vaughn, 25, Britlan Drive, breaking and entering, larceny after break or enter, possess stolen goods.
