Business, homes shot into
*Jerry Keen of Johnson Sherman Co. on West Walnut Street discovered six bullet holes in three large windows belonging to the business Monday. Damages were estimated at $1,500, according to a Goldsboro police said.
*Two homes in Mount Olive were fired into multiple times on Sunday around 6:30 p.m., causing an estimated $700 in damages, Detective Sgt. C.J. Weaver said. Officersheard the shots fired, and recovered projectiles out of both houses and several shell casings around the properties, Weaver said.
Bike stolen
Patrick Giannico of Piedmont Airline Road reported a yellow Diamondback 18-speed bicycle worth $450 stolen from his home, Goldsboro police said.
