Ernie Wilkinson, director of the Johnston County Animal Services, will present a program on "Animal Ordinances, Dealing with Nuisance Animals and Animal Control Assistance" at the Jan. 3 Agribusiness Breakfast at the Parkside Cafe at 2176 Highway 70-A in Pine Level at 7:30 a.m. The public is invited.
