Common law robbery
Thomas Dawson of Saulsberry Drive told police he was getting tools from his truck while parked in the 1300 block of Franklin Court when three black men jumped into the back of the truck with him, assaulted him, and removed items from his pockets on Saturday night, police said. Dawson suffered minor cuts on his face that did not require medical attention, police said.
