Ron Tavaris Coley of Shirley Drive, Dudley reported a man he does not know shot him in the hand at his residence, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Thefts
*Betty Kornegay of Sheridan Forest Road said her car was broken into while parked in the 100 block of Bright Street Sunday and reported $583 in property stolen, police said.
*Denise Freeman Elliott of Edgerton Street reported a Chrysler PT Cruiser worth $18,000 stolen from her front yard on Sunday, police said.
*Anthony Michael Edwards of Selah Church Road reported his home broken into and $60 in property stolen, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
