Restaurant robbed
A cashier at the North Spence Avenue Subway restaurant reported that a man about 5-feet-5 inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans entered the restaurant soon after 9 p.m. Wednesday and demanded money. Police investigators said the cashier refused at first but turned over an undisclosed amount of money when the suspect indicated he had a gun under his clothing.
