Growing up in England during the height of World War II was not easy for, from left, Ann Condon, Marguerite Poland, Brenda Chambers and Miriam Johnson. So today, along with, from right, Sandra and Penelope Scoggins, the British ladies will say 'thank you' to American veterans for "all they did" to make children smile in the face of terror.
