Third break-in
A West Walnut Street business suffered its third break-in and larceny since Oct. 18, losing another $5,250 in tools in the Wednesday incident, Goldsboro police said. Johnson Sherman Co. lost a tool box full of wrenches and a chop saw, police said. Four locks were cut and damaged in the incident, police said.
Charges
Goldsboro Police Department reported these charges:
*Melody Head Raynor, 35, Royall Avenue, larceny, possess drug paraphernalia, $1,000 bond.
*Keith Dale Bailey, 45, Stallings Road, Macclesfield, shoplifting, $1,000 bond.
*Porter Barnes, 62, Olivia Lane, two counts assault with deadly weapon, communicating threats, no bond.
*Janamar Deon Lanier, 16, Alpha Court, common law robbery, $2,500 bond.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Department reported these charges:
*Carrie Lynn Herring, 25, Grantham School Road, child abuse causing serious bodily injury, no bond.
*Curtis Lee Hardy Jr., 23, Durham Lake Road, Dudley, failure to appear, $500 bond.
*Thomas Earl Smith, 48, Mill Dam Lane, failure to appear, $1,000 bond.
*Tonya Ladeil Roberson, 32, Pecan Road, Dudley, simple assault, injury to personal property, $600 bond.
*Andre Levell Williams, 29, Cuyler Best Road, communicating threats, no bond.
