School burglarized
Someone threw a brick through a window at Eastern Wayne Middle School on Central Heights Road on Monday night to gain entry, Goldsboro police say. A bag of candy, sports drink, keys and $8 were reported stolen, police said.
Theft
Tabitha Tucker of White Dogwood Lane on Tuesday reported a break-in and $636 in cash and valuables stolen, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
