Thefts reported
*Mark Russell McDowell of Fallin Bouelvard reported his 1998 Kawasaki motorcycle stolen from his apartment complex, police said. Estimated value was $5,000.
*Edmund Carter and Neil Gallagher of Chevy Cadillac of Goldsboro on U.S. 70 reported $3,050 in stolen goods from and damages to a 1996 Chevy Blazer parked at the business. Someone broke a window, tore apart the vehicle's dashboard and took stereo equipment, an iPod and shoes, police said.
*Cath Sutton said radios were stolen from two vehicles at Robert Sutton motors on North Berkeley Boulevard. Rear glass windows were broken out of a Dodge Dakota and Durango, causing about $600 in damages, police said.
*Subway owner Tammy Meads said $534 in cash was missing from restaurants on North Spence Avenue and West Grantham Street, police said.
*Grant Lee of Kelly Court said $2,675 in speakers, video tapes and a diamond ring were stolen from his vehicle while parked at Service Corporation on North William Street, police said.
*Ann Street resident Rosalba Hernandez said her home was broken into and $850 in valuables were stolen. Damages to an alarm box, door frame and sheetrock totaled $400, police said.
