Teacher mini-grant deadline is October 1

The deadline for teachers to submit mini-grant applications to the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Education Committee is Monday, Oct. 1.
The maximum amount for each mini-grant is $500.
Grant applications are available on-line at www.waynecountypublicschools.org or at www.waynecountychamber.com.
All applications must be returned to the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce's office by Oct. 1. This will be the only time mini-grants will be offered for the 2007-08 school year.
Any teacher who works in the public schools, private schools or at a home school is eligible.
