Jesse Daw, 34, of Nahunta Road, Pikeville, faces charges of sell and deliver of cocaine and possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, court records show.

The arrests are the culmination of two separate incidents that happened more than four months ago.

According to court records, Jesse Daw sold drugs to an undercover detective on April 5. He also allegedly had more than 14 grams of cocaine in his possession.

Two weeks later, on April 19, officers raided David Daw Jr.'s white double-wide mobile home and allegedly found more than an ounce of marijuana and more than 28 grams of cocaine.

On Tuesday, two SBI agents secured warrants from Wayne County Magistrate Judge Melinda Jordan and apprehended the men.

Both were taken to the Lenoir County Jail for booking.

On Thursday, the men appeared in Wayne County District Court for a first appearance hearing.

David Daw Jr. was released after posting a $20,000 bond. Jesse Daw was released on a $5,000 bond.
