School fire
Someone broke into Dillard Middle School, 1101 Devereaux St., on the southside of the main building sometime between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday and set fire to a book.
Drug charge
Agents of the Goldsboro-Wayne County Drug Squad arrested a LaGrange man who allegedly was found with $3,600 worth of crack cocaine in his possession during a traffic stop on Ash Street. David Edward Connelly, 22, of Julie Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine, driving while license revoked, no seat belt. He was placed under a $25,000 bond.
Thefts reported
*Cynthia Rena Bryant reported someone broke into her home in the 100 block of Park Entrance Road, Seven Springs and stole $200, a Sony PlayStation 2, X-Box and a flat-screen computer monitor, all valued at $1,500.
*Everette Carl Body reported someone broke into his home in the 100 block of Dallas Road and stole a 9mm handgun and jewelry, all valued at $1,000.
*Sheila Thigpen reported someone broke into her home in the 300 block of West Seymour Drive and stole a 52-inch television and a clothes dryer, all valued at $1,800.
*Someone cut a hole in the fence at Performance East, 1306 W. Grantham St., and stole a green Polaris four-wheeler, valued at $4,500.
Indecent exposure
A Goldsboro woman reported that while she was in the waiting room at 301 N. Herman St., with her child she observed a man fondling himself. The specific office where the incident took place was not specified. Ms. White called the police, however, the suspect left before officers arrived. The suspect was described as a black man in his 30s. He was about 5 foot 10 inches tall and had a medium build.

*Svinte Lecony Wallace, 28, Colonel Warrick Road, Dudley, driving while license revoked, failure to enter weigh station, no seat belt, failure to report an accident, no operator's license, speeding, $5,000 bond.
*Sheila Marie Witthoft, 56, Shadynook Drive, Dudley, second-degree trespassing, $1,200 bond.
*Brandon James Workmeister, 21, South Hillandale Drive, Fremont, failure to appear, $800 bond.
