Photo exhibit of Vietnam War at Greene museum

SNOW HILL -- A traveling exhibit of photographs of the Vietnam War, submitted by North Carolina veterans, will be on display at the Greene County Museum, beginning July 4 and running through Aug. 18.
"A Thousand Words: Photographs by Vietnam Veterans," contains 60 8x10 black and white and color photographs, selected from more than 2,600 submitted from across the state.
A reception will be held July 15, from 3-5 p.m. at the museum at 107 NW 3rd St. in Snow Hill.
The museum is open Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
