Habitat for Humanity public meetings Thursday and July 2

Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne will provide information to the public on how the program works at meetings planned for Thursday, June 28 at 6 p.m. at 442 E. Hillsboro St. in Mount Olive and again on July 2 at 6 p.m. in the WAGES Building at 601 Royall Avenue.

To qualify for a Habitat house, income must fall between 30 percent and 60 percent of the average median income in Wayne County. Potential owners must have a workable credit history and be willing to pay a no-interest mortgage over 20 years.
