Flag-burning ceremony to be held June 13 at First Pentecostal Church

American Legion Post 11 will hold a flag-burning ceremony Wednesday, June 13 at 6 .m. at First Pentecostal Holiness Church on First Church Road.
Anyone with worn or tattered American flags who wishes to dispose of them in the proper fashion can call 734-0407 and make arrangements to drop the flags off or have them picked up.
American flags are not to be thrown away with other waste but should always be burned in a respectful manner.
