Thefts reported
*Someone stole a tow dolly, valued at $4,000, Wednesday from Sutton Automotive at 3989 McLain St.
*Marrisa McArthur reported she left her key in the door of her home in the 1500 block of Courtyard Circle Wednesday. Someone entered the home and stole a 32-inch TV, DVD player and VCR, all valued at $430.
*Someone stole copper wire, a fence and three transformers, all valued at $1,000 from the stockyard of Progress Energy on Thoroughfare Road.
*Lillian Fenner reported someone broke into her home in the 2000 block of Rose Street and stole two pairs of designer tennis shoes, all valued at $215 and $400 cash.
*Quenton Q. Cummings reported someone broke into his home in the 3500 block of Central Heights Road and stole several popular video games, an alarm clock and his Sony PlayStation 2, all valued at $384.
*Jorari Ilene Novak reported someone stole $350 from the back seat of her silver 1996 Nissan Sentra while it was parked at her home in the 100 block of Gaudalape Drive.
*Royneil Jerome McCullen reported someone broke into his home in the 100 block of Park Ridge Road and stole an X-Box, Sony PlayStation 2, Nintendo Game Cube, video games and a DVD player, all valued at 1,000.
