*Elbert Lee Horner, 53, William Street, breaking and entering (two counts), larceny after breaking and entering (two counts), possession of stolen goods, possession of burglary tools, dismissed; possession of stolen goods (two counts), 120 days to serve.
*Lenette Young, 36, Holly Road, failure to return property, dismissed.
*David Allen Glowner, 27, Gauros Road, Snow Hill, driving while license revoked, 45 days suspended, 18 months probation, $487.50 fine and court costs, 50 hours community service, $200 community service fee.
*Daniel McGee, 37, Stevens Mill Road, possession of controlled substance in prison, seven to nine months to serve.
*Jamie Warrick, 25, Anchors Way Trail, Wilmington, six days to serve.

*Bobby Olander Shifflett, 46, Pine Street, injury to personal property, found not guilty.
*Jerry Morton Norris Jr., 27, Erwin Drive, Newton Grove, speeding, license not in possession, second-degree trespassing, dismissed; worthless check closed account, DWI-Level 5, 35 days to serve, 30 days suspended, 12 months probation, $110 court costs, $28.53 restitution.
*Gwendolyn Newsome, 37, Eastern Place, possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 6 months probation, $210 fine and court costs.
*Darden Roneka, 17, Parkridge Road, larceny by employee reduced to larceny, 45 days suspended, 12 months probation, $360 fine and court costs.
*Derrick Sharon Warren, 36, Avon Drive, driving while license revoked, no operator's license, 90 days suspended, 12 months probation, $510 fine and court costs.
*Kendall Brooke Grantham, 22, Moore Allen Street, Dudley, harassing phone call, $110 court costs.
*Sha-Quanna Monique Riley, 19, Cashwell Street, larceny, 30 days suspended, 12 months probation, $110 court costs.

Walnut Creek
thefts reported
Several vehicles, a home and a business fell prey to thieves Tuesday night in the Village of Walnut Creek and at the Village Green.
The crimes occurred between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
Two unlocked vehicles in the 400 block of Dogwood Trail w ere entered, and only a pack of batteries was taken from one of them.
Walnut Creek Police Chief Delisa Staps said another resident reported a bicycle taken from his home, also in the 400 block of Dogwood Trail, during the same time period.
The bicycle was recovered.
Meanwhile at the Village Green, Chief Staps said, two businesses had wrought iron outdoor furniture, potted plants, hanging baskets and a bench from their front porch.

Callers can remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000 if their information leads to a felony arrest.
Investigations
*Goldsboro police are trying to find out who forced open the rear door at Donnie Richardson's home on South Randolph Street some time after 6:45 a.m. Friday. The break-in was discovered that afternoon, and $5,200 worth of items were reported stolen, including a flat-screen television, a camcorder and a digital camera, 25 pairs of shoes, 50 baseball caps and other clothing.
*Thieves reportedly broke into Harold's Auto Service at 1101 S. George St. some time after 8 p.m. Thursday and stole $1,245 worth of items, including tools, test equipment and $100 cash. Entry was gained through an unlocked door on the west side of the business.
*Somebody threw a rock through a glass door to get inside Lighthouse Motor Sales at 706 Corporate Dr. some time after 8 p.m. Thursday. Although the break-in resulted in $200 worth of damage, nothing was reported missing.
