Break-ins

*Hicynthia Spells told police someone broke into her home on James Street and stole a camcorder, X-Box and games, $215 and other items, all valued at $1,301.

*Mary Ann Wright told police someone broke into her home on Spearwood Avenue and stole jewelry valued at $5,150.

*Brian Raymond Stephenson told sheriff's deputies someone broke into his home on Wilbert Lane in Pikeville and stole a PlayStation, video games, a DVD player and other items, all valued at $805.

*Terry Amaco Grimes told deputies someone broke into his home on Delaney Place and stole a TV valued at $1,499.

Clarification

An item in Tuesday's News-Argus incorrectly said Princess Williams Branch, 27, of Evergreen Avenue, was charged with fraud and placed under $15,000 bond. She was charged with fraud- disposal of mortgaged property and bond was $1,500.
