D. Frank Hinnant thumbs through a book on World War II history in the Fremont Town Library Wednesday afternoon. Hinnant visits the library often and says the county needs little libraries like the one in Fremont because they are more accessible to the young children than a library out of town. He says he sees children riding in on their bicycles to use the computers or read magazines and books. “If you can work with one child, then you will have made a difference,” he said.
