Central High Alumni reunion May 25-27

Central Alumni and Friends will observe its 35th Annual Homecoming May 25-27.
Central High classes of 1937, 1947, 1957 and 1967 and Eastern Wayne classes of 1977, 1987, 1997 and 2007 will be honored.
A banquet will be held Friday, May 25 at 7 p.m. at the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Officers Club, with Col. Carolyn Jones, deputy chief for the U.S. Army Human Resources Command Base Realignment and Closure team as guest speaker. A fellowship hour will follow. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased by Monday, May 14.
A dutch breakfast will be held Saturday, May 26 at 9 a.m. at Madison's restaurant.
A parade will follow at noon in the Central Heights community. The parade lineup will begin at 11 a.m. at Eastern Wayne Middle School. Entry forms are available.
The annual family picnic will be held at Eastern Wayne Middle School at 1 p.m., with dinner served from 2-3:30 p.m. Tickets are $15. A hospitality hour will be held at the Best Western Crossroads Cafe. Tickets are $15.
The alumni will worship at Thompson Chapel Free Will Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 27. An awards programs and gospel concert will be held at Woods Chapel Free Will Baptist Church at 5 p.m. Singers and singing groups are welcome.
Donor price lists are: Panther, $100 minimum; White, $50 minimum; Blue, $25 minimum. The deadline is Monday, May 14.
