WAGES marks 41 anniversary

Bryan Sutton has been the director of the Wayne Action Group for Economic Solvency, or WAGES, since its beginning in May 1966 as an organization to combat poverty in Wayne County. To his left is a bust of former President Lyndon B. Johnson, whom Sutton says he admires for his leadership during the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s.
