More at Four pre-kindergarten applications are now being accepted by the Partnership for Children for next school year.

More at Four is a free state-funded pre-kindergarten initiative designed to prepare eligible at-risk 4-year-old children for success in school.

Classrooms are located in public school classrooms, Head Start facilities and child care facilities.

A complete list of facilities is available by calling the Partnership office.

To be eligible, children must be 4 years of age on or before Oct. 16. There is also a family income range, which is set by the state. Applications may be picked up at the Partnership for Children office, 800 N. William St., weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Parents should bring the child's birth certificate, Social Security card, insurance-Medicaid information, annual physical and immunization records. Parents will also need to provide their own Social Security cards and proof of family income.
