In today's fast-paced world, business owners and their employees are having a hard time managing the hurdles and stress of their everyday lives.

During the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce's next Lunch and Learn seminar on May 8 at the chamber building on William Street, the focus will be on time management skills and how to make every minute of every day count.

Anna Ferrell, who has worked as an employee assistance professional with Cornerstone EAP, will lead the seminar.

But Ms. Ferrell's lessons are not just for the workplace. They can also be used to make the home life easier, which creates an atmosphere where a person feels he or she is in control and stress is reduced.

The seminar is limited to the first 30 reservations and it will be held from noon to 1 p.m. There is a $10 reservation fee for chamber members and a $15 fee for non-members. The fee includes the seminar and a light lunch.

For information on this or other seminars and chamber activities, call 734-2241, or visit the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce at 308 N. William St.
