Woman will face charges of bigamy

An autopsy will be conducted at the state medical examiner's office in Chapel Hill to determine the cause of death for a 26-year-old man who died earlier this month.
Meanwhile, the wife of the victim awaits her day in court to answer an allegation that she married him before she received a divorce from her current husband.
Wayne County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a home in the 100 block of Crooked Creek Court March 11 and found Cameron Tim-othy Robbins unresponsive. Wayne County Emergency Medical Services personnel examined Robbins and determined he had died.
"We're still waiting on the autopsy results," Maj. George Raecher said. "There's no indication of foul play. He simply went to sleep and didn't wake up."
No apparent signs of trauma were noted. However, officials learned Robbins allegedly suffered from sleep apnea. Officials found a machine that aided his breathing while he slept was unplugged at his home.
Robbins, who was a superintendent with Jackson Builders, died three weeks after he married Brandy Lynn Bryant.
Several days after his death, Robbins' bride was charged with bigamy. Mrs. Robbins, a 25-year-old mother of two, is accused of marrying Robbins before she was legally divorced from her husband, Larry Lord, who lives in Wilmington.
Lord filed a complaint with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. Investigators examined the allegation and allegedly determined the claim was true.
Her court date is set for April 2. She remains free on a $1,000 bond.
An autopsy report could be finalized in about six to nine weeks, Raecher said.
